First of all, Orel, the owner, is an exceptionally kind person. At very short notice he arranged a brand-new, very high-quality suite for us. It was clean and equipped with absolutely everything we needed, at a good price. He was very patient with all our requests and always available.
We live in the Shephelah region, and when we got home we realised we had left a wallet containing money and personal items in the unit. As soon as Orel saw it, he collected it, booked a post-office appointment and sent it back to our town. He did all of this in his own time and out of kindness, and would not accept any payment.
All in all, our experience was more than excellent, both the lovely suite and the service. Above all, we met a kind, helpful person with good values, and that matters most.
We will definitely return.

When we arrived, the apartment was clean and beautifully presented. The beds were comfortable, and the staff who met us to hand over the keys were very friendly and courteous. They explained everything about the area and the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed.
